Service Description

Maintain the fullness and beauty of your lash extensions with regular infills every 2–3 weeks. This treatment replaces any shed extensions and refreshes your look, keeping your lashes neat and full. If you have lost more lashes than usual and need extra time please book a longer infill appointment. Please note that if you have less then 50% of lashes remaining you will need to book in for a new set. **Please note a patch test is required if this is your first time having this treatment, if your last appointment was more than 6 months ago or there have been medical changes to your circumstances. Please book this in at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please book this separately through the booking system.**


Cancellation Policy

Some of the serious stuff to ensure your appointment runs smoothly: If this is your first time receiving a Lash Lift, Classic Lashes, Signature Brows, or Brow Lamination please book a patch test, found under "Extra's" in our booking system. If we haven't seen you in a while or there have been medical changes, we will need to re-complete another patch test. On booking, you will be sent a Consultation Form, sometimes this may end up in your junk folder. Please make sure you complete this ahead of your Patch Test and appointment. Without a patch test we may not be able to carry out your appointment and your deposit will be lost. If you have any questions please contact us. If you are booking PMU or a Tiny Tattoo, please read the full t&c's on the website before your session, you will find them under the PMU/Tiny Tattoo T&C's tab. For all bookings a deposit is required - the amount will vary depending on the treatment. All deposits are non refundable, but may be transferred to an alternative date in the event of a reschedule. A 25% deposit is requested when booking a Tiny Tattoo - this is due to the amount of work completed outside of the session as we prepare your Tattoo stencil. If you change your mind on the design of your tattoo, please let us know in advance of your session. Please note that your session is not secured until you have paid your deposit that has been sent to you via a payment link. Any deposits not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled. By booking you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, including our cancellation & no show policy: For all appointments we have a strict 48 hours notice policy if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. Where it is less than 48 hours, you will be asked to pay another deposit to secure a new booking. If you are late to your appointment by 10 minutes or do not show up, you will be expected pay the full balance of the treatment and a further deposit for a new session. Please try not to arrive early to the studio as we often work back to back with only a small gap between clients for cleaning, resting or having the opportunity for a refreshment. We are unable to have babies or children in the studio, in particular the tattoo room, as it is unsafe while performing the treatment. So we politely request that you leave children at home when visiting.
