By booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our cancellation policy:

  • I kindly request your consideration when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A deposit of up to 50% is required for all bookings and is non-refundable.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a new deposit will be required to secure a new booking.

  • For cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained and transferred to your new booking.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or fail to attend your appointment, the full balance of the treatment will be due.

  • You can manage your appointments conveniently under 'My Bookings' by logging into the website using the email address used for booking.
