Following the pre and post care is essential to help us both achieve the desired results
Please follow these important steps before your appointment:

-
Allow a 48-hour gap between any brow tinting or shaping appointments before your scheduled session.
-
If you're undergoing Botox injections, it's recommended to schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks before or after your treatment. This prevents any movement of the product during our procedure.
-
Discontinue use of any anti-aging products at least 7 days prior to your appointment, as certain products may thin the skin, affecting the outcome.
-
Refrain from using exfoliants that could irritate the skin before your appointment.
-
Ensure the brow area remains well-hydrated; better skin quality translates to a better canvas!
-
On the day of your appointment, opt for lower-intensity exercise to prevent increased blood flow due to elevated heart rate.
-
Similarly, avoid consuming caffeine prior to your session and alcohol in the days prior.

Below you'll find everything you need to know for your Brow Tattooing aftercare:

-
If you notice any lymph fluid leaking from the brow area in the hours following treatment, gently blot the area with a tissue.
-
Apply a thin layer to the brow area three times a day using a cotton bud.
-
You can gently cleanse the area with a fragrance-free soap or antibacterial wash in the morning and evening for the next 7 days.
-
While a small amount of water exposure is acceptable, refrain from activities such as swimming, hot tubs, saunas, long hot showers, and vigorous exercise.
-
Resist the urge to pick or scratch the tattooed area; if itching occurs, lightly tap the brows instead.
-
Keep the treated area free from other facial products or makeup, as the tattooing creates a wound that needs to be kept bacteria-free.
-
Avoid facials, chemical peels, or microdermabrasion for a period of 4 weeks.
-
The provided serum will suffice for both sessions; ensure to seal the package airtight to preserve its efficacy.

It is normal to go through a roller coaster of colours during the healing process:
-
From day 2 your colour may feel like it is getting darker, this is because the skin is starting to heal and creating a protective layer (scab).
-
You may also feel like the colour fades and reappears, this is normal as the skin renews itself.
-
Once fully healed, you will notice the colour compared to day 1 is lighter and much softer. We often seeing a reduction in colour by up to 50%.
-
No re-treatment can take place under 4 weeks and two sessions are needed to adjust and perfect the shape and colour.
